Fathom is an AI note taker that joins your video calls, records them and writes the notes for you. I designed the web app where users review their meetings. People don't want to rewatch an hour-long call, so I built the experience around getting to what matters fast: clear summaries, highlights and action items next to the recording, with every note linked to the exact moment it was said.
