How I WORK, AND Solve

thinking

I start with the problem, not the screen. I talk to users, read the numbers, and find the one thing the product has to get right. Then I make the smallest version that proves it.

making

I design and ship fast, usually as the first designer on the team. I build the flows, the design system and the prototypes, and I work right next to engineers until it is live. Then I watch what users do and fix what breaks.

Product [UX/UI] Design

I design products from the first sketch to the live build. I talk to users, map the flows and prototype fast in Figma. Then I go further than handing over files. With Claude Code and vibe coding I build working prototypes and fix the UI myself in GitHub, things like padding, colors and small interactions. That takes a lot of stress off developers, so they can focus on the hard problems. At HumanAPI this way of working helped us launch fast and reach 100k+ downloads in week one. Good design should ship, not sit in a file.

Graphic Design

I design the marketing material that gets a product noticed. That means social media posts, launch banners, ads, pitch visuals and video HUDs for streams and gaming content. At Sweep Games and Matrix I made graphics for launches, leaderboards and creator campaigns that had to grab attention in a busy feed. I keep every piece tied to the product's brand, so a banner and an in-app screen feel like they come from the same place. I care about clear hierarchy, bold type and visuals people understand in one second, because that is all the time you get.

Branding

Every brand I build starts with research. I study the existing brands in the space: who their users are, what they promise, and what makes them different. Then I look at adjacent categories, brands that may not match the product directly but have strong values and messaging I admire. A fintech can learn a lot from a fitness app or a media brand. I take what works there and shape it into something that fits our product and our users. The result is a brand that feels familiar enough to trust but still clearly its own.

Brand Guidelines

A brand only works if everyone uses it the same way. I write guidelines that teams actually open and follow: logo use, color, type, spacing, imagery, tone of voice and real examples of do and don't. I build them as living design systems in Figma, linked to the product components, so design, marketing and engineering all pull from one source. At Real Vision and MethLab I built systems and docs that kept the product consistent as it grew to new launches. Clear guidelines save time, stop guesswork and keep the brand strong as the team scales.
