Sweep Games is a real-money gaming platform. As founding product designer, I designed the core game and social flows, leaderboards, and Flappy Battles, a waiting game that keeps players playing while they're matched with an opponent. The goal was to bring players back after their first deposit. Through fast testing with the team, 30-day deposit retention reached 89.8%.
