Lead Designer — ResponseAI eCommerce ChatBot

As a Product Designer, my main job was to make sure the business understood what the users really needed. I focused on building a strong base for the Response CX platform by making the layout easy to understand and use. By making the process of getting started simple, I helped business owners use the platform more effectively.

Besides making things easier for users, I also taught them about the AI features in the platform. I showed them how AI could make their daily work better and help their customer support team be more productive, sometimes even by as much as 65% or more. This helped them see how much the product could really help them.

I was responsible for making the platform look more modern and attractive. Using the rules of how things look, I created a design that made it easy for people to see and use the most important parts. By using the right mix of colors, shapes, and pictures, I made sure that using the platform was not just easy but also enjoyable for the users.

In my role as a Product Designer, I made sure that what the business wanted matched what the users needed. I improved how the platform was organized, helped people understand how to use the AI features, and made it look better too. The final result was a fancy and user-friendly platform that made it easy for businesses to give their customers great experiences without too much trouble.
