Senior Report Designer — Visual Design
As a Product Designer, I had the privilege of spearheading a transformative project focused on enhancing IHG Hotels' annual report design. Our mission was to create a visually compelling and informative report that would effectively showcase the company's achievements, values, and financial performance to stakeholders and investors.
IHG Hotels, being a renowned global hospitality brand, required an annual report design that would accurately reflect its brand identity while delivering key information in a concise and engaging manner. The challenge was to strike the right balance between presenting complex financial data and captivating readers with an aesthetically pleasing and easily digestible design.
Drawing upon IHG Hotels' brand guidelines, I devised a sophisticated visual language that blended the company's signature color palette, typography, and imagery. By leveraging modern design techniques, infographics, and data visualization, I transformed complex financial data into visually compelling and comprehensible graphics. The layout and hierarchy were meticulously crafted to guide readers seamlessly through the report, highlighting key achievements and showcasing the company's financial performance.
By approaching the annual report design for IHG Hotels with a meticulous blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and user-centered design, I successfully transformed a standard financial document into a captivating and impactful piece of communication.
